Bill Treasurer was once afraid of heights, but conquered his fear and went on to become captain of the U.S. High Diving Team. He took his lessons in conquering fear and developing courage to the business world, founding Giant Leap Consulting, which has helped businesses like CNN, EarthLink, and the Centers for Disease Control be more courageous. Treasurer is also author of the book “Courage Goes to Work: How to Build Backbones, Boost Performance, and Get Results.” In today’s AIE Imaging Executive podcast, he tells PMA Senior Editor Jennifer Barr Kruger why courage matters in the business arena, and how owners and executives can bring out courage in their employees.
